Tasting Note:
Beautifully bright and appealing straw yellow/gold color. Aroma is dusty dry, stony, earthy in the first inhalations then the bouquet explodes into multilayered scents of baking spices (vanilla, nutmeg), charred marshmallow, BBQ sauce. Taste profile mirrors the bouquet, but is grainy and more malt-driven and throws in a surprising but appealing flavor of citrus. Aftertaste is honeyed, peppery, clean as a whistle.
