Tasting Note:
Attractive hay/straw yellow appearance. Very citrusy in first inhalations then nutty, grassy, peppery, leathery later on. Flavor profile features tastes of green onion, pickle brine, cooking oil, dry cereal, unsalted snack crackers. Aftertaste is dusty dry, medium long. Nicely vegetal.
