The aromatics build with aeration as the first scents of malt, oatmeal, breakfast cereal expand into tidal waves of campfire smoke, tobacco, old leather books, salted fish. Flavors of sea air, saltine cracker, Graham cracker, dried flowers, and marzipan abound deep in to the satisfying aftertaste. A monumental malt.
