Tasting Note:
Perfectly clear. Intense nose: wide range of aromas including candied citrus, bubblegum, and Band Aids. Very flavorful with sweet coconut, sugar and cinnamon. Nice texture—minerally and slightly tannic on the tongue. An almost wine-like, dry finish of spice box. Very dry, surprisingly complex.
