Tasting Note:
Fresh brewed coffee, apple tart tatin, stone fruits, and honey shine through on the nose with a pleasant note of damp, smoky forest. Rather silken on the palate with charred oak, caramelized walnuts, and a bit of ginger heat. Fresh and smoky on the finish.
