Tasting Note:
A complex nose, notes of sweet spice, raisins, vanilla, and caramel. On the palate a noticeable sweetness, with a smoky backbone, more of the dried fruit aromas, orange peel and burnt sugar. A hint of dried herbs on the finish lingers long after the sip.
