Tasting Note:
Honey-tinged apples, baked pears, green tea leaves, and a touch of toasty oak abound on huge nose. The palate is lush with apples cooked in butter, lime zest, minerals and a slight herbaceous edge that is very welcome. The palate is round and rich.
