Tasting Note:
Very alpine and wild on the nose with brambly fruits, sun baked olives, and a whiff of rosemary. It is decidedly fruit-forward and spicy on the palate, but not unbalanced. The finish is bold and slightly savory, a welcome respite from fruit.
