Tasting Note:
Very complex nose of fresh fruit, mineral, and a savory, almost animal, edge of raw beef and smoked herbs. On the palate it is restrained and mineral-driven with a bit of fruit and ample earth. The finish is earthy, but balanced by fresh fruit.
