Big, bold, green peppers on the grill jump out of the glass along with aromas of fresh cut grass, orange pith, lemongrass, thyme and lime. Suggested flavors of roasted capsicum, smoked chives, preserved lemons, elderflower, melon, and sour apple. Medium bodied and smoldering acidity.
