Tasting Note:
A complex and seductive nose is ripe with grapefruit zest, jalapeno and fresh herbs. Piquant on the palate there are flavors of white pepper, mildly spicy serrano pepper and juicy white citrus flesh. A mineral core is refreshing through the finish.
